My Goal for the month of August…

School officially started for us yesterday. It happened without the usual fanfare and instead included a last minute trip to the doctor for a sick kiddo, papers strewn from one end of the house to the other since we just got back from vacation ~ can someone please tell me what I was thinking in ‘easing’ us back in this week?

In all honesty, I do not feel like I am ‘ready’ to go, especially since we are in the middle of a building project and have company coming and going all month. We are VERY excited to have a new homeschool room coming in the near future {although it isn’t moving as quickly as we had hoped!}.

So my goal for the month? Quit looking so far ahead and focus on getting the immediate done. Sounds simple, no? Now to just put it into practice…

What’s one thing that you really want to do this month?
