Workbox Tags & Cards

Now that you've heard about the Workbox System and read how we use the workboxes in our house, it's time to share some printables with you. I'm all about making stuff visually appealing ~ not just for the kids either! It helps me to get excited about what we are doing!

Click on the thumbnail to download the pdf.

The workbox activity cards include a variety of subjects and activities from general subjects, outdoor actvities, and special trips. There are also 'help' cards {for when your child needs help from you} and minute cards for timed activities such as computer or reading. I also left a few squares blank in case you want to add some of your own stuff. Overall, there are a total of 32 picture cards, 24 minute cards, and 4 blank cards for you.

Enjoy them! If you have any problems downloading them, please let me know! Don't forget the fun preschool workbox number cards for your little ones!

  • Your printables are great. We have something similar in our house, but it's not tied to workbox system. It's simply a group of 16 cards (it was done with 8 cards per sheet) - 8 with joint activities and 8 with independent activities. When my daughter is bored, I let her flip through the cards and pick something that she wants to do next. Maybe one day I will link it to the workbox as well.

  • You are the best!!!!! I think I'll need a new printer (or at least a pack of ink) before I'm done printing everything I want to from your site. Thank you for such well done graphics. Having beautiful things around the home, even if it's a "work" card, makes everything so much better.

  • Thank you for sharing. We just started using the workbox system at the end of our school year and love it. I just haven't had time to poke around and find the right graphics for some of the cards. You've done a great job putting these together. Thanks!

  • You have done and AWESOME job. Thanks so much for sharing these with us! I have 8 children - from 3 - 19, and it really helps me to find stuff like yours, so that I do not have to create everything for everyone.......and still get such quality things for the kids! What a blessing!

  • I love your color-coded number tags. I understand why you removed them, but I have Sue Patrick's book and the code to access her site, but I don't know how to change her black and white numbers to the color numbers I'd like to use (red and blue). Can you tell me if there is a way to change them from her file or do I start over - in which case, again, can you tell me how I would do it. I am not computer-inclined.

  • Jolanthe, we are planning to use this system this year, using the folders like you do. Would you mind emailing me the Picture Activity Cards as an attachment as I cannot download a file that size (dial-up). Thank you so much!!

  • I love when trying to create something I find "that the wheel has already been invented" (wahoo) and now I am so much closer to developing my system that will hopefully work! As in the movie "Despicable Me" "Lightbulb!' I am soo excited! I am homeschooling a 3 & 4 year old with a 3rd grader where the little ones are adopted so I was trying to figure out how to do it all!! Last year I was amazed I finished! I learned about the work box system last year, but never did anything with it, because it was at the end of our school year. New year coming up.... Thank you!!!:):)

  • Your generosity in sharing your hard work is wonderful and inspiring! Thank you so much. You have saved me so much time and effort that I will actually sleep better tonight knowing I don't have to search for pictures! Blessings to you.

  • Hi,
I love your tags. I'm using several of them now, but I need to make some others. Can you tell me where to find graphics like yours? Text that looks like yours? Yes, I'm a bit of a perfectionist....want things to match!!

  • Angela ~

I would love to help you, but I don't have an email or a way to get ahold of you. Can you help a girl out and email me directly?

    :)
